- Call your insurance company immediately if you suspect you may be a victim of health insurance fraud.
- Contact your State Insurance Fraud Bureau.
- Visit STOP Medicare Fraud.
- File a complaint with the State Medical Boards.
- Visit Consumers' Frequently Asked Questions webpage.
