It’s that time of year again to start planning for the NHCAA’s Annual Training Conference (ATC). This year we will be at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee from November 18-21. As you’ve come to expect, ATC provides three days filled with motivating keynote speeches, over 60 educational sessions, multiple networking opportunities, and uncover new anti-fraud technologies in the Anti-Fraud Expo.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

One (1) complimentary registration for Membership Forum Representative only. Tuition-free seats are not offered for the Annual Training Conference. 

Non-Member Registration:
Any non-member interested in registering must be in a managerial, supervisory or professional position for a private for-profit or not-for-profit health care reimbursement organization. Employees of local, state or federal law enforcement, prosecutorial, or regulatory agency or in a professional disciplinary organization are also welcome. All registrations will be reviewed to ensure these eligibility requirements are met. If you are not in one of these positions, but wish to attend please send an e-mail to: training@nhcaa.org.

Cancellation/Substitution

  • All cancellations (regardless of date) will be assessed with a $100.00 administrative fee.
  • Before deadline: To cancel and obtain a refund (minus the administrative fee), you must provide written notice to The NHCAA Institute – ATC. All cancellation requests must be received by 5:00PM on October 21, 2025. Email your cancellation notice to training@nhcaa.org.
  • After deadline: For cancellations received in writing after October 21, 2025, no refund will be provided but credit for a future training is available. Email your cancellation notice to training@nhcaa.org.
  • All substitution requests must be provided in writing by no later than one week prior to the start date of the program. Email you substitution request to training@nhcaa.org.

By registering for the Annual Training Conference, you acknowledge that your name, title and company will be included in the Annual Training Conference mailing list provided to exhibitors for their planning purposes before the conference. To opt-out of being included in the exhibitor list, please email programs@nhcaa.org.

The ATC will be hosted at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Reservations will open in June

Rate: $309/ night
Per Diem: current prevailing rate $234.00

Applicable taxes: 9.25% state tax, 7% occupancy tax, $2.50 city tax

Please be aware that housing poachers may contact members and exhibitors about booking hotel rooms for the conference. NHCAA is NOT working with any outside companies to provide housing details.

Attendees should fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA) and anticipate a 8.3 miles ride to the hotel.
The Annual Training Conference is designed for all levels of experience and most roles within the health care fraud fighting community. Content is designed for law enforcement, investigators, analysts, managers, and leaders within the industry.

Sessions throughout the program are both Level II and III.

As a level II, or intermediate program, some investigative / health care / coding expertise is assumed. Training content is focused on the detection and investigative processes.

As a level III, or expert program content is designed for management level staff.

A minimum of three years of experience in the health care anti-fraud industry.
