The rates listed below are available from July 8 – 12 and are on a first-come, first-served basis. The rates are subject to state and local taxes of 14.45%, plus a 1.75% tourism assessment fee plus a $3 occupancy fee per room per night, applicable service fees and hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

When reserving a room, a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax or an American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit card number with the expiration date will be required to guarantee the reservation. Reservations and deposits received after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space available basis at published rates.

Ride App
Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb. Detailed instructions based on the service being used are available on the Ride App webpage of the MSY website.
Taxi
Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7.
Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments.
