Global Anti-Fraud Resources
Formed in 2011, the Global Health Care Anti-Fraud Network (GHCAN) promotes partnerships and communications between international organizations in order to reduce and eliminate health care fraud around the world. GHCAN was jointly founded by the Canadian Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, the European Healthcare Fraud & Corruption Network, the Healthcare Forensic Management Unit, the Health Insurance Counter Fraud Group (based in the United Kingdom) and the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (based in the United States).
GHCAN hosts an annual Global Health Care Fraud Prevention Summit, held in 2012 in London, October 25-26. For summit information please visit the GHCAN website at www.ghcan.org.
