All Continuing Education Professional (CPE) hours earned through the NHCAA Institute Programs are applicable to the training requirements for professional designation by the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA) as an Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI®). To maintain accreditation, AHFIs must earn at least 60 approved CPE hours, including 36 from the NHCAA Institute, during each 3-year period following initial accreditation. Meet Ethics Training Needs with NHCAA's Health Care Fraud Investigator Ethics Seminar
 Thursday, November 21, 8:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Two premier health care anti-fraud compliance instructors lead a 2-hour seminar on professional and investigative ethics for the health care fraud investigator. The program will combine lecture with group discussion and focus on practical ethical challenges faced by investigators in the areas of evidence, interviewing, professional and business activities, privacy, as well as review legal and regulatory requirements. This course is designed to meet the American Certified Fraud Examiner CFE ethics training requirement.
